Program and Position Overview
William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not for profit Christian organisation that provides a range of services, including permanency support programs for children and young people. Additionally, WCF delivers therapeutic services to children, young people, individuals and families.
WCF is committed to child safe practices and permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.
We are seeking a dependable, reliable and dedicated individual to join our well established, reputable agency providing supports to children and young people in out of home care.
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Administration Officer is to positively contribute to the HR functions of the agency by providing efficient, effective, and consistent administrative supports whilst promoting a positive work culture.
This role supports our HR team to provide high quality assistance to the agency as a whole.
Key Position Requirements

Minimum Cert III in Business Administration or relevant.

Desirable experience in HR Administration and Work Health and Safety systems.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail, supported by high level organisational skills and self-motivation.

High level of confidentiality and diplomacy regarding information and documentation.

Strong skills in utilising a variety of IT applications and computer programs.

Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.

Current Unrestricted Drivers Licence.

Access to two referees from current or previous Managers (within the last 2 - 5 years)
