Program and Position Overview

 

William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not for profit Christian organisation that provides a range of services, including permanency support programs for children and young people. Additionally, WCF delivers therapeutic services to children, young people, individuals and families.

 

WCF is committed to child safe practices and permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.

William Campbell Foundation are currently seeking Expressions of Interest to build eligibility lists for future recruitment for a variety of positions in both the Shoalhaven and Illawarra areas.

​

Positions include:

  • Permanency Support Program Caseworker: Working directly with children, young people and individuals to support and improve stability and permanency and providing ongoing support to carers and their families.

  • Clinicians: Social Workers and Psychologists to work within our therapeutic clinical team, providing high quality, therapeutic interventions to address the needs of children and young people in out of home care.

  • Leaders: To supervise and support teams within our agency through leadership experience including strategic and reflective practice and the ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

 

Key Position Responsibilities 

​

  • Qualifications relevant to the position of interest, including Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Social Work or similar.

  • Organisational and planning skills, with a high level of accountability and focus on achieving positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.

  • Attention to detail and ability to use reflective practice to drive future outcomes.

  • A desire to learn and grow with an agency which prioritises training and personal development.

  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check, a current unrestricted full drivers licence and access to two referees from current or previous Managers (within the last 2 - 5 years).
