Program and Position Overview
William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not for profit Christian organisation that provides a range of services, including permanency support programs for children and young people. Additionally, WCF delivers therapeutic services to children, young people, individuals and families.
WCF is committed to child safe practices and permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.
William Campbell Foundations Fundraising and Communications Officer holds a key role in contributing to, promoting, and implementing strategies in alignment with the agency's strategic plan and organisational goals.
Our Communications team are responsible for raising awareness and funds for William Campbell Foundation and William Campbell College, as well as applying for appropriate grants, with this position providing key supports to the Communications and Engagement Manager.
The role of Fundraising and Communications Officer will also include building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors, undertaking research, building and implementing dynamic and innovative campaigns and supporting the production of marketing materials.
Key Position Requirements

Degree Level Qualifications in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

Skills in Adobe Creative Suite - including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.

High level of self-motivation, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.

Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.

Current Unrestricted Drivers Licence.
-
Access to two referees from current or previous Managers (within the last
2 - 5 years).
