Program and Position Overview

 

William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not for profit Christian organisation that provides a range of services, including permanency support programs for children and young people. Additionally, WCF delivers therapeutic services to children, young people, individuals and families.

 

WCF is committed to child safe practices and permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.

As part of William Campbell Foundation’s Human Resources Program, the Project and Compliance Officer will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement ideas and concepts into deliverable projects, driving continuous improvement and quality assurance across the agency.

 

The role will additionally hold the responsibility of developing and implementing ongoing monitoring systems to ensure the agency is compliant with sector and legislated requirements in all programs across the agency, including supporting the compliance audits for the agency regarding our accreditation with the Office of the Children's Guardian.

 

Our Project and Compliance Officer will collaborate with internal programs regarding quality assurance systems, ensuring senior management are provided with current and consistent information to support decision making and drive future direction for the agency.

Key Position Requirements 

​

  • Desirable - Administrative experience, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.

  • Organisational and planning skills, with a high level of accountability and focus in keeping project work on task.

  • A high level of self-motivation and desire to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

  • Attention to detail and ability to use reflective practice to drive future outcomes.

  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check, a current unrestricted full driver’s licence and access to two referees from current or previous Managers (within the last 2 - 5 years).
