If you would like to read the WCF Complaints Management Policy, you can do so by clicking on this link. Our policy will give you all the information you need to know to understand the process of how complaints are managed and what you can expect from the Agency throughout the process.
All information you provide will be treated with confidentiality and respect and making a complaint will not affect any person's access to WCF Services currently or in the future, with the exception of activities that are of a criminal or abusive nature.
Please be aware that if you are making a complaint that relates to the imminent or immediate risk of harm to any person, including neglect or abuse of a child or young person, WCF will notify the Police and/or Department of Communities and Justice.
