Marcus Levett
Team Leader
This is my third time returning to William Campbell Foundation, which says a lot about how much I value the organisation and the people who work here. Even after leaving, I always kept up with what WCF was doing, and when the opportunity arose to return, reconnect with staff, and work alongside families again, it was simply too good to pass up.
What makes WCF special is the genuine sense of community. There is a real family feel across the organisation, where people work hard, support one another, and take the time to connect. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dedicated and passionate team.
In my role, I have the privilege of supporting families to create safer and more secure environments for their children. It is a responsibility I don't take lightly. I enjoy working alongside staff to navigate challenges, having honest conversations with families, and helping create opportunities for positive change. Every day, I see resilience in children and young people, and I am continually inspired by the dedication of our staff.
Outside of work, I am most proud of my family and the life my wife and I have built together. I'm also proud to have completed a bachelor's degree, especially as I wasn't always the strongest student. Reflecting on the middle stages of my career, I feel fortunate to have been involved in a range of rewarding roles and achievements, with many more goals still ahead. Returning to WCF and working under such a strong executive team is something I am particularly proud of.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me on the soccer field with the Milton Ulladulla Football Club. While I might not be getting any faster and the competition certainly seems younger these days, I still enjoy the game and the social connections it brings. Having lived on the South Coast for 14 years, I feel incredibly lucky to call this region home, with its beautiful balance of mountains and beaches.

And one final thing to know about me: I have a soft spot for a good dad joke, even if they're sometimes more groan-worthy than funny.
Roxanne Kelly

I joined William Campbell Foundation and quickly felt at home thanks to the warm and welcoming team. I am passionate about supporting families and enjoy using a genuine, relationship-based approach to help keep children safe at home with their families.

One of my proudest achievements is completing a Bachelor of Social Work while balancing work and parenting responsibilities. It was a challenging journey, but one that taught me resilience, determination, and the value of perseverance.
​
As a mum of four children, I understand that every child is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to supporting children and families. I strive to bring empathy, understanding, and authenticity to both my work and personal life.

I would describe myself as empathetic, friendly, and bubbly, with an energy that can sometimes make me the loudest person in the room! Outside of work, I am inspired by Frida Kahlo, whose creativity, strength, and individuality I greatly admire.

As a new staff member at William Campbell Foundation, I have felt welcomed and well supported throughout my transition into the organisation. I value the opportunity to work alongside families using a strengths-based approach, recognising that every family has unique strengths, skills and experiences that can be built upon. By focusing on what families are doing well and working together, we can identify practical ways to address challenges and support positive outcomes.
Outside of work, the ocean is one of my favourite places to be. I enjoy spending time at the beach, especially when the weather is nice. Three words that best describe me are positive, caring and adaptable.

William Campbell Foundation has been incredibly warm and welcoming since my very first day.
As a Family Casework Practitioner, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and parents, working alongside inspiring colleagues, and making a positive difference in the lives of families every day.
One of my proudest personal achievements has been learning to appreciate the simple things in life and finding joy in everyday moments. Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and pursuing my passion for photography.

I’m passionate about supporting children and families and making a positive difference in their lives. That’s one of the reasons I love being part of the team at William Campbell Foundation. I enjoy building strong connections with people and empowering individuals to recognise their strengths, navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the families I support and to see the growth and progress they achieve throughout their journey in the program. I strive to bring a friendly, caring and positive approach to my work, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone I meet.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time in nature. I love camping and hiking, and I enjoy exploring the outdoors as a way to relax, recharge and stay active while appreciating the beauty of the natural environment.

I joined William Campbell Foundation as a Case Work Practitioner, and I'm passionate about supporting families and value the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives every day. I love being part of the William Campbell Foundation team, where the friendly and supportive culture helps everyone thrive.
One of the things I'm most proud of is my career journey, progressing from a support worker to a Case Work Practitioner. Helping others has always been a driving force in my life, and I take great pride in working in a role that allows me to support families in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, I enjoy seeking out new experiences and have even had the opportunity to swim with turtles and manta rays. Energetic, bubbly and driven, I bring enthusiasm and dedication to everything I do.
