Program and Position Overview

William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not for profit Christian organisation that provides a range of services, including permanency support programs for children and young people. Additionally, WCF delivers therapeutic services to children, young people, individuals and families.

WCF is committed to child safe practices and permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.

Families Together is a wrap‑around service designed to support children and young people who are at risk of entering out‑of‑home care, along with their families. The goal is to help families remain safely together and prevent the need for OOHC intervention.

This is a new and significant program for the William Campbell Foundation, and the Team Leader will play a pivotal role in establishing, designing, and implementing the service.

The Program Team Leader will provide supervision, guidance, and professional support to a team of caseworkers and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑informed services to the children, young people, and families we work alongside.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing collaborative casework with respect to the culture and context of each individual child or young person’s circumstances, inclusive of their family and community.
